Company History

In 1989 the two former HASSIA employees Karl Geiss and Klaus Becker founded the company Blechformteile Eleonore Geiss.
Initially, Karl Geiss and Klaus Becker concentrated on manufacturing forming shoulders in Karl Geiss’ workshop. Because of the growing demand Karl Geiss purchased premises in which a larger workshop was established.

By 1994 the order situation had improved continuously so that the son of Karl Geiss, Sascha Geiss, also joined the company after serving in the army. In 1999 Falk Bauer, a further employee was taken on specifically as a sheet metal worker.

In 2002 the company suffered a grave loss when Karl Geiss died suddenly and unexpectedly of a severe illness. In October 2002 the company was renamed Geiss & Becker Blechformteile OHG (general partnership). Sascha Geiss became his father’s successor and shares the management of the company with Klaus Becker.

Horst Comstesse, another specialist for milling and turnery, was employed in 2003. In 2005 the premises of the company were expanded for the second time, and Dennis Becker, Klaus Becker’s son, also joined the company.

Today the company has a total of five employees in a positive working atmosphere whose aim is to satisfy your needs.
